Meet the owners.

JMG Site Solutions is a family-owned company founded and operated by brothers John and Mitchell Geller. Together, they bring a shared commitment to craftsmanship, honest communication, and building genuine relationships with their clients. Every project is approached with the goal of creating something distinctive, personal, and built to last for the people who will enjoy it for years to come. Their faith and family values remain at the foundation of how they lead JMG, serve their clients, and shape the company they're building together.

Owner & Development

Mitchell

I've been drawn to this industry for as long as I can remember. I started my own hardscape company in my early teens, which gave me an early appreciation for detail, hard work, and what it takes to build something from the ground up. I later attended Trine University, where I played basketball while earning my MBA, giving me the opportunity to pair that hands-on experience with a stronger understanding of business, design, and client relationships.

At JMG, I focus heavily on the design and client side of the company. I enjoy getting to know the people we work with, understanding what they want from their property, and helping turn those ideas into a finished space that feels intentional and personal to them.

Outside of work, I'm a husband and father of twins, and family is a huge part of what drives me. My faith also plays an important role in how I try to lead, make decisions, and build relationships. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me in the woods, on the water, or spending time outdoors with my family.

John

I've always been someone who pays close attention to the details and takes pride in seeing a job through the right way. I bring nearly a decade of construction experience to JMG, including experience leading large crews, managing project requirements, and keeping work on schedule. At JMG, I focus heavily on production and the day-to-day operations of our projects, making sure things stay organized, efficient, and up to the standard we expect.

I enjoy the process of taking a plan and turning it into something real. From the early stages of a project through the final details, I'm focused on making sure the work is done carefully, the site runs smoothly, and the finished product is something both we and the client can be proud of.

Outside of work, my life is centered around my wife and raising our two young sons. I want to help them grow into the best versions of whoever they choose to become. Family time is incredibly important to me, and whenever I get the chance, I enjoy spending it outdoors with them.
